A new study has found that teenagers prefer the immediacy and conversational aspects of instant messaging, while adults prefer the memo style of email. Perhaps not such a great surprise, but the numbers might shock you.
The poll - conducted by AP and AOL - found that 72% of teens who use IM send more instant messages than e-mail. And about 30% of teens say they can't live without IM. What are the implications of that figure in your workplace moving forward?!
